User preferences

Per-user defaults such as the default location used by inventory counts and warehouse documents in Plur-e Mobile.

Quick answer

Each mobile user has preferences in the Admin Center. The most important one is the default location: inventory counts and warehouse documents in the app use it unless the user changes it.

  • Default location — the Business Central location code the app starts with. Inventory counts require it to be correct before scanning.
  • Environment — the environment the user signs in to when more than one is assigned.
  • Salesperson — see Users.
