Per user, not per device

Plur-e charges per named mobile user. A user can sign in on any Android device; shared scanners in shifts are covered by the users who sign in on them. Each user created in Security takes one seat, and a seat can be transferred to another user.

Each person also needs a Business Central user. Team Member licenses cannot post warehouse and sales documents — check your license type before rolling out.

Plur-e MCP

Metered usage: you pay per tool call, billed monthly, with an optional one-time onboarding fee for discovery and setup. No seat licenses — request a quota for your tenant.
