Plur-e MCP for Dynamics 365 CRM is a Model Context Protocol server over Dataverse. Generic tools read and write any table (accounts, cases, custom tables) guided by live metadata; on environments with Customer Insights - Journeys installed, a campaign skill drafts segments and journeys and confirms before publishing. A tenant connects once with Connect with Microsoft (an administrator signs in and picks an environment) or a manual environment URL. A small per-tenant memory keeps the terms and preferences a user has corrected, and every call is scoped to the user's MCP role and fully audited.
