How G.A.G. Technologies, Inc. (Plur-e) collects, uses and protects personal data across the website, the Admin Center, Plur-e Mobile and Plur-e MCP.
Last updated
This Privacy Policy explains how G.A.G. Technologies, Inc. ("Plur-e", "we", "us"), 629 NE 3rd St, Dania Beach, FL 33004, United States, collects, uses and protects personal data across plur-e.com, the Admin Center, Plur-e Mobile, Plur-e Printer and Plur-e MCP (together, the "Services").
1. Data we collect
- Website forms. Name, work email, phone, company and the message you submit through the contact, demo, partner or trial-help forms.
- Accounts. Admin Center and mobile user names, email addresses and roles created by Customer's administrator; sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra ID or, for mobile users, credentials created in the Admin Center.
- Product usage. Configuration data (environments, printers, payment methods, roles), transaction references created by Plur-e Mobile, and technical logs needed to operate and support the Services.
- Plur-e MCP. When enabled, per-user OAuth identity, the tool calls made on the user's behalf and audit entries (user, timestamp, inputs and outputs of each call).
- Site analytics. By default we use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, button clicks). Umami does not set tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles. If a cookie banner offers analytics cookies on a given page and you give explicit consent, we may also enable Google Analytics 4; in that case Google LLC acts as a processor for the resulting analytics data, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner. Without that consent, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded.
We do not knowingly collect more personal data than the Services need to work, and we do not sell personal data.
2. How we use data
We use the data above to: operate and support the Services; respond to requests submitted through our forms; secure accounts and detect abuse; and improve the Services based on aggregate usage. Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM data that Plur-e Mobile or Plur-e MCP reads or writes is processed on Customer's behalf, under Customer's instructions, to deliver the Services — Customer remains the controller of that data.
3. Plur-e MCP and AI processing
Prompts and tool results sent through Plur-e MCP are processed by the AI provider's API, under that provider's commercial terms. That data is not used to train the provider's models; retention follows the provider's commercial terms. Audit entries (who called which tool, when, and with what inputs/outputs) stay in the tenant's Plur-e database and are visible to the tenant's administrators in the Admin Center.
4. Subprocessors
We share personal data with the following subprocessors, limited to what each needs to provide its part of the Services:
| Subprocessor | Role |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting and infrastructure for the Plur-e service and databases |
| Stripe | Card payment processing |
| ShipStation | Carrier labels, rates and tracking for shipments |
| Anthropic | Claude API used by Plur-e MCP |
| Microsoft Entra ID / Dynamics 365 Business Central | Identity for the Admin Center and the ERP system Plur-e extends |
A complete, current subprocessor list with regions and safeguards is available on request.
5. Data retention
We retain account and configuration data for as long as the subscription is active, plus a reasonable period to comply with legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Business Central remains the system of record for transactional data; Plur-e does not keep a separate copy beyond what is described above. Backup schedules and detailed retention periods for each data category are available on request.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent through the contact form or to sales@plur-e.com; we will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on the request. Customer's administrators can also manage or remove Admin Center and mobile user accounts directly.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure; depending on the region selected for a tenant, personal data may be processed in the United States or another country where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers outside the customer's region; details are available on request.
8. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults acting on behalf of an organization. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
10. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent through the contact form or to sales@plur-e.com. Security reports follow /.well-known/security.txt.
