Plur-e Extension, Mobile App and Site

You can now create a personal token connection in AI & MCP → AI connections. Plur-e generates a ready-to-paste setup for command-line and desktop AI clients, so the client connects to the Business Central and CRM MCP servers without a sign-in flow. Tokens expire after 30, 90 or 365 days, act with your own MCP roles and can be revoked at any time. Signing in with Microsoft keeps working as before.

• New AI agents and Skills lines (Read / Write) in Business Central MCP roles: Read lets an AI client look at agent and skill definitions, Write lets it propose new ones or changes. They apply on both the Business Central and the Dynamics 365 CRM servers.
• Proposals are drafts: nothing changes until a tenant administrator publishes them in Agent Studio (AI agents) or in Skills → Proposed changes (skills). A new AI agent stays unusable until its first publication, and the roles it adds can never exceed the proposer's own.
• Agent Studio and Skills now show a Proposed via MCP badge, a Proposed via MCP section in Governance and an Awaiting first publication state, so administrators can review every proposal before it goes live.

• New AI & MCP → Roles page: create named roles that list Dynamics 365 CRM entities (Read / New / Update / Delete) or Business Central areas (Read / Write / Post) and assign them to specific users of the tenant.
• Deny-by-absence: without a role that grants the entity/area and the action, a tool denies instantly with a clear message telling the user what to ask an administrator for — there is no pending approval, no elicitation prompt and no 24-hour expiry to track.
• A Default access role (read-only) is created automatically the first time a tenant connects a Dynamics 365 CRM environment or enables Business Central, so both servers work out of the box; administrators can re-create the CRM one from AI & MCP → Dynamics 365 CRM, the connection's row, Create default role.
• Adding CRM entities to a role now offers Related entities: a BFS suggestion list (child tables, lookups, many-to-many) seeded from what you just added, with recommended entities pre-checked.
• Removed: the write-approval queue, MCP elicitation confirmations and the role × tool scope matrix. plure_recall, plure_remember and plure_forget are not gated by any role — they keep working for every connected user.

• mcp.plur-e.com is now its own OAuth 2.1 authorization server in front of Microsoft Entra ID, publishing /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server with open Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591) and mandatory PKCE (S256) for every client.
• Connecting https://mcp.plur-e.com/bc or /crm from a web AI platform, an AI IDE client, a desktop AI client or the Plur-e plugin is now a plain Connect button that opens a Microsoft sign-in — no client id or secret to configure by hand.
• Accounts that already exist in the Admin Center are connected to their tenant automatically; unregistered accounts get a clear error instead of a token. Staff and partners keep choosing the tenant with select_tenant.
• Access tokens last 1 hour and renew automatically; the connection (refresh token) lasts 30 days of inactivity, rotates on every use and can be revoked at any time.
• Admin Center: administrators see and revoke connected clients under AI & MCP → AI connections.
• Direct Microsoft Entra ID tokens keep working for integrations that already use them.

• Documentation migrated from the old wiki to /docs: 66 pages, 188 screenshots, search, feedback and "Copy as Markdown".

• New remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) at https://mcp.plur-e.com/bc, licensed per tenant as the AI & MCP module.
• Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID; only users registered in the Admin Center can connect. Tools run against the environment and company the administrator selects.
• Read tools for customers, items, availability, ledgers, sales documents and posted documents; write tools create_sales_quote and create_sales_order with administrator approval or user confirmation.
• Admin Center: AI & MCP section with connection details, scopes per role, audit log and approvals. Platform staff activate the module per tenant.
• Docs updated: security model, connect your AI client, tool catalogue.
