Review the Business Central environment connected to Plur-e, edit its settings and run Test connection against the extension.

Quick answer

Environments lists every Business Central environment where the Plur-e extension is installed and configured. Open one to edit its settings and use Test connection to confirm Plur-e can reach the extension.

Open Environments

The environment configured by Plur-e Support is listed with its tenant and environment name.

Edit and test

Open the environment to change its settings and select Test connection. A success message confirms the extension answers from Business Central.

Common problems

Test connection failsCheck that Allow HttpClient Requests is enabled on the extension and that consent was granted in the Plur-E Setup wizard.
Wrong environmentContact support to register a different environment name; sandbox and production are separate entries.
