Users

Create and manage the users who sign in to Plur-e Mobile — permissions, roles, environments, associated salesperson, password reset, activation and deletion.

Quick answer

In Security → Users you create the accounts that sign in to the mobile app. Each user gets permissions, roles, one or more environments and — for sales reps — the Business Central salesperson they act as. New users receive a temporary password by email.

Users list in the Security section of the Admin Center

Manage users

From the list you can reset the password, edit, activate, deactivate or delete a user.

Row actions for a user: reset password, edit, activate, deactivate and delete
Edit user form showing permissions, roles and environments
Confirmation dialog when deactivating a user

Create a user

Select Create

Fill in name, email and user name.

Create user form in the Admin Center

Assign environment and role

Choose the environments the user may sign in to and the role that decides which modules they see.

For sales users, pick the Salesperson/Purchaser code from Business Central. Sales documents created in the app are stamped with it.

Save

The user receives an email with a temporary password and changes it at first sign-in. Set their default location in user preferences.

In Business Central

Mobile users are Plur-e identities, not Business Central users. The extension posts documents through the consented Entra ID application; the salesperson code and the Assigned User ID on warehouse documents are what link a phone user to Business Central data.
