Register the printers Plur-e Mobile can print to, edit them and copy the Printer Key used by the Plur-e Printer desktop app.

Printers holds the printers linked to Plur-e. Create one with the exact Windows printer name and its format, activate it and copy its Printer Key into the Plur-e Printer desktop application. Plur-e-only reports (receipts, labels) then print from the phone.
