First-day checklist
A short checklist per role — administrator, warehouse and sales — to confirm Plur-e is ready before the first shift.
Quick answer
Administrators verify the extension, users and printers; warehouse users confirm their Assigned User ID and default location; sales reps confirm they are listed in Salespeople/Purchasers and that payment methods appear in the app.
Administrator
- Extension installed and Allow HttpClient Requests enabled (install guide)
- Test connection succeeds in Admin Center → Environments
- Users created with environment, role and salesperson; temporary passwords delivered
- Number series reviewed in Plur-E Setup
- Payment methods created as General Journal Batches and mirrored in Admin Center → Payments (guide)
- Printers created and Printer Key activated in Plur-e Printer (guide)
Warehouse
- Your Business Central user has an Assigned User ID on the warehouse documents you must see
- Default location set in your user preferences
- Camera or Zebra scanner reads a test barcode
- You can open Warehouse Receipt and see a test document (receiving guide)
Sales
- You are listed in Salespeople/Purchasers in Business Central and linked to your user in the Admin Center
- Customers and items appear in a new sales order (guide)
- Payment methods appear when you swipe Pay on a posted invoice (guide)
- Bluetooth permission granted if you print receipts

Install Plur-e Mobile from Google Play, sign in with the user created in the Admin Center, change the temporary password and set the company and location defaults.
