Plur-e
Getting started

First-day checklist

A short checklist per role — administrator, warehouse and sales — to confirm Plur-e is ready before the first shift.

Quick answer

Administrators verify the extension, users and printers; warehouse users confirm their Assigned User ID and default location; sales reps confirm they are listed in Salespeople/Purchasers and that payment methods appear in the app.

Administrator

  • Extension installed and Allow HttpClient Requests enabled (install guide)
  • Test connection succeeds in Admin Center → Environments
  • Users created with environment, role and salesperson; temporary passwords delivered
  • Number series reviewed in Plur-E Setup
  • Payment methods created as General Journal Batches and mirrored in Admin Center → Payments (guide)
  • Printers created and Printer Key activated in Plur-e Printer (guide)

Warehouse

  • Your Business Central user has an Assigned User ID on the warehouse documents you must see
  • Default location set in your user preferences
  • Camera or Zebra scanner reads a test barcode
  • You can open Warehouse Receipt and see a test document (receiving guide)

Sales

  • You are listed in Salespeople/Purchasers in Business Central and linked to your user in the Admin Center
  • Customers and items appear in a new sales order (guide)
  • Payment methods appear when you swipe Pay on a posted invoice (guide)
  • Bluetooth permission granted if you print receipts
