Plur-e Bin-to-Bin lets operators move items between bins and locations from an Android device by scanning the source bin, the item (or license plate) and the destination bin; the movement is registered in Business Central so bin contents are always current. Whole license plates are moved from Whse. Movements, and Split / Merge splits or consolidates license plates.
Every unrecorded move becomes a missing item
Stock gets relocated to make room and nobody updates the system; the next picker walks to an empty bin. Plur-e records the move at the moment it happens.
How it works
Bin-to-Bin: how it works
Open Movements
In Warehouse Management choose Bin To Bin (items, lots or serials between bins), Whse. Movements (whole license plates) or Split / Merge (license plates).
Scan the source bin and the item
Plur-e validates the item exists in that bin and shows the available quantity, lot or serial.
Scan the destination bin and confirm
Enter the quantity to move and confirm. Repeat for the next item or license plate.
Register
The movement is registered in Business Central and both bins are updated.
