Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions for the Plur-e website, Admin Center, mobile app and Plur-e MCP, published by G.A.G. Technologies, Inc.
Last updated
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plur-e website (plur-e.com), the Plur-e Admin Center, Plur-e Mobile, Plur-e Printer and Plur-e MCP (together, the "Services"), operated by G.A.G. Technologies, Inc. ("Plur-e", "we", "us"), 629 NE 3rd St, Dania Beach, FL 33004, United States. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Plur-e Mobile is an Android application for warehouse, sales and payment workflows for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Admin Center is the web console used to configure environments, users, roles, printers and integrations. Plur-e Printer is a Windows desktop application that prints to local printers. Plur-e MCP exposes Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM as governed tools for any Model Context Protocol client. Availability of individual modules depends on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization ("Customer") that subscribes to the Services. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating environments and users, and for the conduct of the mobile and Admin Center users it creates. Credentials must be kept confidential; Customer must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of an account.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
The 30-day free trial gives access to the modules described on the pricing page without a credit card. Paid plans are billed per named mobile user, as published on the pricing page or agreed in an order form. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may change published prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services except where permitted by law; use the Services to violate applicable law or a third party's rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to another tenant's data or to the Services' infrastructure; interfere with the availability or integrity of the Services; or use the Services to build a directly competing product from data obtained through them. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe breaches this section, after notice where practical.
5. Customer data
Customer retains ownership of the data it enters into Business Central, the Admin Center and Plur-e Mobile. We process that data only to provide the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum in place with Customer. Business Central remains the system of record; Plur-e does not maintain a shadow database of Customer's transactional data.
6. Third-party services
The Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including Microsoft Azure (hosting), Stripe (card payments), ShipStation (carrier labels and tracking), your chosen AI provider (the API used by Plur-e MCP) and Microsoft Entra ID / Dynamics 365 Business Central (identity and the ERP system Plur-e extends). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms.
7. Intellectual property
Plur-e and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including the website, the Admin Center, Plur-e Mobile, Plur-e Printer, Plur-e MCP and their documentation. Except for the limited right to use the Services under an active subscription, no rights are transferred to Customer. Feedback you send us about the Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every posted document will match Customer's expectations if Business Central configuration is incorrect or incomplete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from the Services. Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees Customer paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality obligations).
10. Indemnification
Customer will defend and indemnify Plur-e against third-party claims arising from Customer's data, Customer's violation of these Terms, or Customer's use of the Services in violation of applicable law. Plur-e will defend and indemnify Customer against third-party claims that the Services, as provided by Plur-e, infringe a third party's intellectual property rights, excluding claims arising from Customer data or modifications not made by Plur-e.
11. Term and termination
Either party may terminate a subscription as described in the applicable order form or, absent one, with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for a material breach of these Terms that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or where required to protect the security of the Services or other customers. Upon termination, Customer's access to the Admin Center and Plur-e Mobile ends; Business Central remains Customer's system and is not affected.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration or another agreed process will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law or by an active order form, notified to Customer in advance. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form or to sales@plur-e.com.
