How can I deactivate a mobile user?

Within the plur-e web system, go to the Users menu, select the user you want to modify and in the “Edit Profile” section uncheck the check box that says ACTIVE.
Once the action is confirmed, the user will lose the associated licenses. Follow the same process if you want to activate it again.
